| A deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation in Low Season and a $400 deposit is required for all School Holidays, Easter and Long Weekends. |
| Two bedroom apartment occupancy is 1-4 people. (Maximum Occupancy is 6 persons with 2 rollaway beds at a charge of $20 per person per night). |
| Air-conditioning is available in some apartments. When booking, mention that you do require air-conditioning at an additional cost of $10 per night, payable on arrival. |
| Cots, Highchairs, Video, DVD Players, Boogie Boards, Beach Towels and Tennis Rackets are available for hire at Reception. |
| CANCELLATION POLICY : In the event of the Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administrative fee of $30 will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given prior to the check-in date. No amendments to arrival / departure dates under 28 days prior to check-in date. |
