	EXCLUSION DATES : (Super Grand Prix) 18th-25th October 2010 and (Schoolies) 20th November-5th December 2010.
	LOW SEASON : All times of the year except Christmas, January, April, June/July, September School Holidays, Easter, Super Grand Prix and Schoolies.
	SCHOOL HOLIDAYS : April School Holidays, June/July School Holidays, September School Holidays and Long weekends
	A deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation in Low Season and a $600 deposit is required for all School Holidays, Easter and Long Weekends.
	Two bedroom apartment occupancy is 1-4 people. (Maximum Occupancy is 6 persons with 2 rollaway beds at a charge of $25 per person per night).
	Cots, Highchairs, DVD Players, Boogie Boards, Beach Towels and Tennis Rackets/Balls are available for hire at Reception.
	CANCELLATION POLICY : In the event of the Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administrative fee of $30 will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given prior to the check-in date. No amendments to arrival / departure dates under 28 days prior to check-in date.
