Frequently asked questions
Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact our front desk in advance to make arrangements.
An Ocean View room offers a direct and unobstructed view of the ocean, allowing you to fully enjoy the seaside scenery. A Partial Ocean View room provides a limited view of the ocean, where you can still see the water, but the view may be partially obstructed by buildings, trees, or other structures.
Our house rules are designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests:
Strictly no parties or events.
No pets allowed.
No smoking in the room, including the balcony.
A maximum of 3 visitors is allowed, and they must leave by 11:00 PM.
Pool and BBQ area are open from 7:00 AM to 8:45 PM.
For guests checking in late, please visit Reception the next business day during office hours to complete your registration or finalise your lease agreement and reactivate the FOB.
Our payment policy is as follows:
* Booking Deposit: A deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking.
* Full Payment: The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival date. For bookings during the Christmas period (15 Dec - 15 Jan), full payment is required 28 days in advance. Once the payment has been processed, bookings cannot be changed or canceled.
* Security Bond: A pre-authorization of $400 is required on arrival as a security bond. Regular and loyal guests may not be required to provide this bond.
Please ensure all payments are made on time to secure your reservation.
The security bond is a pre-authorisation hold placed on your bank card to cover any potential damages or accidents that may occur during your stay. This pre-authorisation will appear as a holding or pending charge on your statement.
The hold will be released after you check out, provided there is no damage to the unit. The time it takes for the funds to become available again can vary, typically ranging from a few hours to up to 14 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
